北京民风礼仪文化促进会(Beijing Folkway Etiquette Culture Promotion Association)(简称文促会FECPA)，是由传统民俗民风礼仪文化专家及社会各界公益爱心人士积极参与，自愿联合发起成立，经北京市社会团体登记管理机关核准登记的非营利性社会团体。

  文促会的宗旨是服务大众，服务社会，以遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，体现社会主义核心价值观,遵守社会道德风尚为前提，整合民风礼仪文化相关领域内的所有资源，多方筹集资金，以资助和推动民俗礼仪文化教育公益事业的发展，发掘传承优秀传统文化，为提高人民外在的行为形象到内在的文明修养，继承和发扬中华民族仁、义、礼、智、信、忠、孝、悌、节、恕、勇、让的传统美德而努力工作。

  文促会的主要业务活动以在国内外开展以民风礼仪文化为主，调研考察,学习交流,组织民风艺术演出;开展形象礼仪、生活技能等专业 培训服务;从事人才就业咨询;书刊视频发行,视频艺术;支持民族特色产品,工艺品,开展义卖义买等活动;为濒危民族产品,工艺品筹集善款;养老助残,帮困爱幼,家政家教,心理咨询;搭建互联网服务平台;以及国家不明令禁止的其他业务。

  文促会全体同仁愿携手致力于发掘和弘扬民族优秀文化，传统美德，以推进社会公益事业为己任。愿与有担当的有识之士和团体合作交流，共同为中国文化的伟大复兴和中华民族的崛起而奋斗。

  Brief Introduction of the Beijing Folkway

  Etiquette Culture Promotion Association (FECPA)

  Beijing Folkway Etiquette Culture Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the FECPA), is by traditional folk culture etiquette experts and people actively participate in the social from all walks of life love, andfundedbytheBeijingRuiliFashionVocationalTrainingSchool, voluntary associated and approved by the Beijing Social Group Registration Administration Authority registerred a non-profit social organization also called NGO.

  The FECPA will promote the aim of serving the public and society, which will be law-abiding and loyal to the country, and premise of abide by social morality and intergration of folk etiquette culture and related resources. Integrated folk etiquette culture is related to the field of resources; raise funds in various ways, to fund and promote the development of folk custom etiquette culture and education public welfare undertakings. To explore the heritage of ethnic and national excellent traditional culture, to improve the national image of the external and internal culture heritage and culture, inherit and carry forward the Chinese nation benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, faith, courage, loyalty, filial piety, good, respectful, thrifty and comity of the traditional virtue and to do its utmost.

  The FECPA’s business scope mainly composed of folk etiquette culture at home and abroad to carry out the research investigation, study and communication; organize art performances, carry out image etiquette, such as life skills training services; engaged in the personnel employment counsulting, books, video distribution and creation; support national characteristic products, arts and crafts performing, public exhibitions and goods buys and sells. To raise money for discovering and inheriting the endangered national products, technology and skills, arts and crafts; endowment of assistive, relieve the respected family services, psychological counsulting, etc. set up internet service and engaged in the scopes the govemment not banned .

  The FECPA will promote all its colleagues who are willing to work together to explore and promote the national culture, traditional virtues; to promote the cause of social welfare. WilIing to play with people at home and abroad and the group cooperation and exchange, together strive for the great revival of Chinese culture and the rise of the Chinese people, and the people of all nationalities communication and harmonious coexistence.

  Our goal: Discard the dross and select the essential, recover our original simplicity and return to the real of the worlds. Carry forward the ancestors virtue, to turn the social morality to the right track.
